Dans le cadre du Sommet pour l’action sur l’intelligence artificielle (IA), la Commission Européenne (DG SANTE) et le Health Data Hub ont co-organisé un événement « L’intelligence artificielle en santé : des solutions concrètes pour des défis mondiaux urgents » qui s'est tenu le 11 février de 9h à 18h à l’Université PSL.
 

Cet événement rassemble des experts et décideurs internationaux pour analyser le rôle de l’intelligence artificielle dans la transformation du secteur de la santé, tout en mettant en avant le potentiel de l’Europe en tant que leader dans les solutions de santé basées sur l’IA. 

Les discussions portent sur des enjeux clés, tels que les pénuries de personnel, l’accès aux soins dans les zones rurales et le diagnostic des maladies complexes. L’Espace européen des données de santé (EHDS) est présenté comme un modèle avancé de partage de données sécurisé, fiable et interopérable, contribuant au développement d’une intelligence artificielle éthique et responsable.

AI in Healthcare: Practical Solutions for Urgent Global Challenges

As part of the AI Action Summit, the European Commission (EU Health) and the Health Data Hub co-organized an event which took place on February 11 from 9 AM to 6 PM at PSL University.
 

This full-day event brought together global experts and decision-makers to explore AI's transformative role in healthcare, addressing critical issues such as workforce shortages, rural access, and complex diagnostics. We also showcased the European Health Data Space (EHDS) as a model for secure, ethical, and interoperable health data sharing.

This event has been labeled a “side event” of the Summit for Action on AI, which has been held in France on February 10 and 11, 2025, and highlighted concrete actions to ensure that the development of AI benefits society, the economy and the environment, while preserving the common good.
